According to the Jysk website, JYSK is an international retail chain that sells “everything for the home” that is owned by the family behind Lars Larsen Group. Founder, Lars Larsen, is known throughout Denmark as the country’s leading merchant who always has “a great offer”.

The first store was opened in 1979 in Denmark and has since grown to more than 3,000 stores in over 50 countries.
